Guest Lecturer at the Environmental Architecture MA programme, at Royal College of Art, London UK
The MA Environmental Architecture at the Royal College of Art is a one-year, interdisciplinary programme within the School of Architecture, combining design, art and science to explore alternative forms of co-existence between life and earth systems in the context of accelerating climate change. Students work in small research studios, each focused on a specific site of environmental and geopolitical tension, and undertake multi-day field trips to engage directly with local stakeholders and communities before developing an Independent Research Project.
As a guest lecturer, I conduct field research at selected sites in Greece, examining how socio-political and environmental pressures affect local biodiversity and communities. I present my research to students, organise and coordinate their field trips, and support the development of their Independent Research Projects.

Family workshop part of the 'Invisible but Omnipresent solo exhibition at Deptford Lounge.
The workshops I run focus on teaching children how to reuse items from our daily life either by recycling them or find different alternative ways to use them; a simple rubber band can become a stamp, a used milk carton box became a jack-in-the-box toy and a paper plate was turned into a mask.
My aim is to stimulate children’s creativity by offering them alternative ways to view their environment and teach them basic craft skills to create toys and games from their surroundings. In addition is a way to introduce them the idea of recycling/reuse rather than disposing old or used items and reduce waste and stimulate their inventiveness.
